Lost or misplaced your EPC? No need to panic.

If your property is in Scotland and you simply want a copy of your EPC, you can search the Scottish EPC Register and download a copy for free.

Like a lot of things in life - your passport, your driving licence or your insurance documentation for example - your EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) is something important you need to keep safe.
